This romantic natural stone house occupies a lovely spot amidst the olive groves just above Dolceacqua. Ventimiglia is only a 15 minutes drive away and the centre of Dolceacqua is only 8 km down the road.

The house is generously designed and very elegant and comfortable throughout. On the ground floor are the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable living area with open fireplace as well as the master bedroom with shower room and separate loo. Large panoramic windows give stunning views over the surroundings and French windows lead out to the surrounding terrace, where plenty enjoys plenty of sunshine can be enjoyed throughout the day. On the upper floor are two bedrooms – on twin and one double – and a shower room. Parking is available on the grounds.

The access to the house is good with only the final 600m being a narrow private road; 500m of this road are tarmac covered, the remaining 100m are dirt track. The surrounding grounds measure approx. 6,900qm and are laid out in typical terraces, planted with olive groves. The 9 x 4 metre infinity pool is nestled in one of the terraces, which is open from 15 May to 15 October.

The house is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes and excursions into the beautiful Ligurian hinterland or to the coast and the Côte d’Azur, which is just a 30 minutes drive away.
