“La Terrazza” is a house split over three floor levels. The lower floor opens into the entrance hall with vestibule. Also on this floor level is a shower room with window and a spacious fully fitted eat-in kitchen. The next floor up offers two beautiful double bedrooms with beds measuring 160 cm and 180 cm in width. Whilst the larger of the rooms invites to relax in a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV, the smaller room gives beautiful views over the Castello. Also on this level is a another shower room with window and bidet.

The converted attic on the top floor features a spacious living room with a ceiling height of up to 3.50m. The room is conveniently fitted with a kitchen unit with fridge and flat screen TV. An open fireplace adds to the comfortable ambience of this living room. From here, doors open out on the sunny and furnished roof terrace where to sit and enjoy a balmy summer evening.

In view of the staircases, “La Terrazza” is not recommended for children under the age of five.
