In order to provide you with a reliable financial overview and ensure fees and costs for a proposed building project are kept within budget, we can request cost estimates from architects, surveyors and contractors for you. When it comes to registering with utility providers we are here to help or can even take the entire process out of your hands.
If you cannot be personally present for the entire building project, we are happy to oversee the work for you and can be the link between you the client, the contractors and architects.

The three theatre and music artists Rüdiger, Theo and Jo from Hamburg found a charming village house in Ventimiglia-Sant’Antonio through one of our adverts and immediately fell in love with it.
Together with our Italy enthusiasts we travelled to Sant’Antonio and visited the natural stone house with its vaulted cellar. It was split over two levels and beautifully located above the bay of Ventimiglia-Latte. The spacious, south-facing terrace with wonderful views all the way to the sea, was particularly impressive.
Although the house was getting on in years – the roof needed replacing and the interior needed to be modernised- the three artists quickly decided: this is our house!
Only a short time after the decision was made, we worked with a local notary to finalise the sale and the renovation work could begin. However, the new homeowners did not speak much Italian at the time and had no experience where to buy building materials or how to get in touch with reliable builders. Here, we provided active support. Part of the service was selecting and purchasing together various building materials such as tiles, windows or the kitchen. With the help of our network of reliable builders established over many years, we could recommend the best possible tradesmen to renew the roof or take care of the interior design.
In order to take the ideas of the owners fully into account, we acted as translators at each meeting with the builders. Due to their professional engagement, the three owners were not in a position to oversee the entire process. We knew exactly what the three owners had in mind and took on the project management so everything could be finalised according to their wishes.
Roughly one year later, the work was done: The house was ready and the result was great.

Even now after they have moved in, we support the owners: We are looking after all regular payments such as annual ground tax, we coordinate appointments with builders and carers, we organise regular service dates and ensure everything surrounding the house is running smoothly. With this peace of mind, Rüdiger, Theo and Jo can fully enjoy their time in Liguria – and that is our biggest reward.
