This charming country house is nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Ligurian Alps, at an altitude of around 600 meters, offering sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Surrounded by peace and natural beauty, the property is ideal for nature lovers, hikers, and mountain bikers. The nearest mountain villages, Castel Vittorio and Pigna, are about a 15-minute drive away and offer a good infrastructure with restaurants and shops. The coast near Ventimiglia or Bordighera can be reached in approximately 40 minutes, and the international airport in Nice is about 1.5 hours away.

The house was newly built in 2015 on the site of a former farmhouse and stands out for its solid construction. The approximately 100 sqm of living space is spread over two levels. The upper floor, accessible from street level, features a spacious living area with ceilings up to 3.15 meters high.
