Living Space and Equipment

Villa “Il Leccio” with its approx. 200 m² living space overall and 6000 m² fully fenced in surrounding grounds is suited for up to 8 people. The living space stretches over three floor levels and has 4 beautifully designed bedrooms.

Ther ground floor main entrance opens into an open spacious living and dining room seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen. On the left-hand side are two generously proportioned bedrooms, one bathroom and a guest toilet.

Large French windows open out from the living room to several partly roofed covered terraces inviting for relaxed afternoons or an Aperitivo followed by home-made pizza from the stone oven on balmy summer evenings. Watching the sun set from here, will become your daily unmissable routine.

From the entrance hall a comfortable staircase connects with the upper floor with one further double bedroom and one twin bedroom and shower room.

The lower ground floor with interior and exterior access accommodates a garage, a utility room and a shower room and toilet.

In addition to the garage (with a ceiling height of 1.95m) there are additional parking spaces on the grounds.

Location

The picturesque village Perinaldo is only one kilometre or a short drive or 20-minute walk away. Perinaldo offers a good selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and a pharmacy and hosts a number of events and festivities during the summer season on its piazza.

Villa “Il Leccio” is the perfect starting point from where to explore the coast or go hiking in the beautiful Ligurian hinterland. The glamorous Cote d’Azur with Monte Carlo, Nice and Cannes is a1-2-hour drive away. If you want to get more active, why not try out the paddle courts in Perinaldo, the mini golf in San Romolo or the 18-hole golf course in Sanremo just half an hour down the road. Free as well as catered beaches await in the coastal resorts of Vallecrosia and Bordighera, just a 15–20-minute drive away. The mountain rivers near Rocchetta Nervina and Castel Vittorio invite for a refreshing dip in its gushing waters.
